This web site is presented on a “as is” basis without warranty, Strath Prints & Framing will not have any liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by details contained therein.

ACID/LIGNUM FREE.
Products described as Acid Free and /or Lignum Free are where the manufacturer/supplier shows it on their packaging, Strath Prints & Framing accept no responsibility nor do we guarantee that these products are Acid of Lignum Free. All care is taken to ensure the product will not be affected be contaminates but with this in mind we cannot guarantee the product remains Acid/Lignum free.
ORDERS.
Minimum order value of $10.00 applies.
Every endeavour will be made to keep the shopping cart up to date, where items are out of stock or have been discontinued by our suppliers and we are not able to despatch them within a reasonable amount of time we will notify you by email.
Despatch of your order will be done as soon as possible, usually 2-3 working days subject to the necessary payment clearances.
POSTAGE.
Postage will be charged at the normal Australia Post rates at the time, Australia Post, nor Strath Prints & Framing will NOT be liable for lost or damaged consignments. If insurance or registered mail is requested the additional cost will be invoiced with the goods.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Postage will be billed at standard International Airmail rates, and invoiced with the goods, A quote for this can be emailed to you on request.
These charges are not included in the total of your order and will be added before processing.

DISCOUNTS
Orders of net invoice value (excluding postage) of
$50.00 - $99.00 will attract a 10% discount.
$100.00 and over 15% Discount.
PAYEMENT.
Payment may be made by Credit Card – Visa / Mastercard / Bank Card / American Express.
If requested we can keep your details in file for your next purchase, Strath Prints & Framing will not disclose any personal or card details about you to anyone (see privacy).
CHEQUES.
Payment may be made by cheque but please wait until your order has been processed and a final total of your order is determined, this amount will be emailed to you. Upon receipt of your cheque please allow 3-5 working days for the cheque to be cleared once cleared your order will be sent.
DIRECT DEPOSIT.
Orders can be paid for by direct deposit, if this method is preferred please request in the YOUR NOTICE TO US Box in the checkout details box.
